Since 1999 Ryan has led the Carpenter Realtors Client Service Center and is the liaison to all national accounts, corporations, and relocation companies. Ryan's CSC team provides local and relocating clients, as well as Carpenter agents with a broad range of services and support. In addition, Ryan serves as Regional Manager for seven of Carpenter's real estate branches, working closely with the branch manager and agents to provide superior client experiences.

Ryan has served the mobility industry in a number of capacities including Chairman of the US Advisory Council for The Leading Real Estate Companies of the World™, member of the Worldwide ERC US Advisory Council, the Relocation Directors Council (RDC) Board of Directors, and the Worldwide ERC National and Global Symposium Planning Committees.

Ryan lives in Carmel, IN with his wife and son where he enjoys golf, cooking, and watching his son play travel basketball.
